Responsibilities
- Business analysis and project management in the redesign and implementation of market making, trade position management, life cycle management, risk management and trade booking systems
- Analyse and document existing processes/workflows and propose and review necessary changes in the context of IT architectural changes
- Write features and user stories in alignment with product owners/management and business stakeholders
- Break down features and business stories into technical stories and tasks and specify them together with technical stakeholders
- Interface analysis and specifications together with IT stakeholders
- Plan and support the execution of stories and tasks and track their progress
- Test, control and document the implementation of stories and tasks, align results with stakeholders
- Drive change management (changing setups, changing user interfaces)
- Act as interface to various stakeholders (Product Management, Product Owners, IT, IT Architects, Traders, Sales, Treasury, Mid/Back Office, Risk Management)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in as a business analyst, process manager or project manager in financial trading / market making
- In-depth knowledge of several trading asset classes
- Experience in re-designing, implementing and integrating trading, position, risk and market making systems on a trading floor
- Experience with sales applications
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience as a financial trader or having worked closely together with traders on a trading floor
- Cross-asset experience
- Good understanding of IT
- German language skills
