Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating the entire recruitment process
  • Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system
  • Schedule and organize interviews and assessment centers
  • Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Create and post job advertisements
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analyses

Requirements

  • Several years experience in a recruitment or administrative support role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge in German
  • Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
