Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and standardize incident and problem management processes globally
- Coordinate and resolve major incidents within a complex banking environment
- Lead solution findings, coordinate, document and communication relevant processes to various business stakeholder
- Ensure quick solution finding with relevant specialist and lead taskforce if needed
Requirements
- Over 5 years´ experience within incident/problem management within a complex environment
- Several years of experience as leadership; be able to implement changes, align globally and push processes to the Agile organization
- Experience with IT Service Continuity Management Processes
- Very good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4
- Fluent in English
