Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate and standardize incident and problem management processes globally
  • Coordinate and resolve major incidents within a complex banking environment
  • Lead solution findings, coordinate, document and communication relevant processes to various business stakeholder
  • Ensure quick solution finding with relevant specialist and lead taskforce if needed

Requirements

  • Over 5 years´ experience within incident/problem management within a complex environment
  • Several years of experience as leadership; be able to implement changes, align globally and push processes to the Agile organization
  • Experience with IT Service Continuity Management Processes
  • Very good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4
  • Fluent in English
