Responsibilities
- Requirements engineering and coordination to support the migration of a bank trading system landscape to a modern SaaS platform (focussing on the Fixed Income Market-Making platform integration)
- Enable and prepare the transition to the cloud-hosted solution provided by a partner firm
- Prepare the current system landscape to connect with the SaaS solutions
- Define and specify solution blueprint (together with IT architects), security concepts, interface specifications, disaster recovery concepts and finally system documentation
- Align with the InfoSec department and support penetration testing excercises
- Write concepts and interface specifications coordinating internal and external partners
- Define and support the implementation of FIX connections
- Run testcases, fix issues and coordinate with the external vendor
- Support the integration of further trading services to the new platform
- Work in an Agile team collaborating with the Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, solution provider and IT colleagues (network engineers, security engineers, infrastructure, host system, etc.)
- Support the daily trading business picking up their needs and requests
Requirements
- Several years of business analysis or requirements engineering experience combining business and IT experience
- Experience in project coordination and vendor management
- Experience with financial trading and its systems
- Experience with SaaS environments with solid understanding of integration, IT security, network topics
- Basic understanding of FIX protocol
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience and understanding of Fixed Income trading
- Experience and understanding of market-making processes (quotes, bonds)
