Responsibilities
- Application support of several critical banking applications (2nd level support)
- Suggest and implement operational improvements like automations
- Coordination and communication between incident managers, service owners, 3rd level support and other IT and business stakeholders
- Administration of change requests for application-related process fulfilment
- Engage in application projects with a view to operational aspects
- Data cleansing of the systems
- Documentation of application operations
Requirements
- Several years of experience in 2nd level application support
- Good knowledge in Unix
- Experience with Java application servers and Oracle databases
- Experience in Temenos T24
- Understanding of job scheduling systems (Control M, AWA Automic)
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Knowledge Shell scripts and SQL queries
- Experience with Windows servers
- Experience in the financial industry
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Good German language skills
