Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering in banking CRM with a focus on MS Dynamics CRM
- Support a large international CRM system integration project including the migration from on-premise to Azure cloud
- Lead workshops with key SME
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Gap analysis, data analysis and migration analysis
- Create use cases
- Create CRM mock-ups, CRM data models and CRM security role models
- Elaborate on DevOps Feature files for testing automation together with QA and DEV team
- Lead functional testing with SME during UAT phase
- Act as point of contact for SMEs, developers, QA team, L3 support team
Requirements
- Senior Requirement Engineer with exposure to CRM and Digital Products
- Experience in Agile projects including epics, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, customer journeys etc.
- Experience in digital CRM systems, CMS, digital marketing, portals, mobile solutions and social media
- Experience in application integration projects
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience with MS Dynamics or Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Exposure to wealth or asset management
- Exposure to D365 Power Platform and Azure
- Experience with MS PowerBI
