Responsibilities
- Manage a mid-sized IT project for the regulatory reporting consolidation in the banking sector based on Axiom Reporting
- Cover Finma, SNB and internal requirements e.g. on capital or liquidity reporting
- Ensure proper data sourcing and proper integration of changes in the data
model - Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
- Coordination and planning with IT and business teams as well as external vendor
- Ensure quality assurance process of work packages and document deliverables
- Ensure project compliance to governance and standards
- Responsible for successful rollout and handover of solution to the operations organizations
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in managing projects with budgets over 1mCHF in classic methodology
- Experience in managing regulatory reporting projects in the financial industry
- Willing and able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
- Experience in managing external solution providers
- Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Project management certification
- Fluent in English
