Responsibilities
- Business analyst for the implementaion of a new global execution management system (EMS)
- Work with stakeholders globally on EMS requirements and platform changes and document the same as business specifications
- Work closely with the vendor/s and all impacted areas
- Establish good understanding of existing EMS system and execution flows
- Perform gap analysis with the new platform
- Identify and assure improvements in alignment with the business- and product strategy
- Facilitate and drive business integration related tasks such as process changes and alignment of functional model
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a business analyst in the area of trading/order execution application landscape or EMS
- Experience in pre-trade checks and risk control framework
- Strong knowledge of order routing, order execution and related lifecycle event, as well as front to back workflows
- Strong knowledge of financial products (Equities, ETD´s, Bonds, Funds, Structured products)
- Knowledge of platform integration using API´s, market/broker connectivity (FIX)
- Experience in market/ broker connectivity and related technologies like FIX etc.
- Fluent in English

- Experience in Execution Management Systems (incl. SaaS EMS)
- Experience in data driven execution decision processes and advanced analytic
